I became an educator because I saw how powerful strong instruction can be in shaping students’ confidence, access, and opportunity. I am committed to ensuring that all students experience rigorous, meaningful learning every day.

In various roles as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and instructional leadership developer, I have focused on building strong teams.
